If you are not familiar with blog advertising, reviews and giveaways on blogs are a great way to promote your product or company and bring in new clientele. My Review Policy
- I require an actual product in order to write a review. If I am already a customer of your business and you would like me to review products I currently use or other products on your site, contact me about doing a review.
- It will take me 2-3 weeks to fully review your product or site. For products, I want to make sure I get an accurate feeling for the product to ensure an honest review. For companies, I want to make sure I get an opportunity to thoroughly review the site and accurate represent your company.
- If I have a problem with your product or will not be able to write a favorable review, I will contact you prior to posting. You can always opt out of the review. However, if I have purchased the product myself or found your company on my own, I still reserve the right to publish my review.
- A review will include, but is not limited to: a description of the product/ company, links to your website and product, my experience with the product (positive and negative), customer service, photos (provided by company or myself), submission to networking sites and forums.
I will NOT review items based on photos or brochures. A sample of the product must be provided. Any items submitted for review will not be returned and become the property of Journey to Green.
My Giveaway Policy
A review of a product can also include a giveaway. This will bring attention to your company and product.
If you sponsor a giveaway the following guidelines apply:
- A review will be published according to the above guidelines.
- Additional promotions on networking sites and forums.
- Prior to the start of the giveaway, any shipment restrictions must be stated.
- You will retain possession of the giveaway item(s).
- At the conclusion of the giveaway, the name and address of the winner will submitted to you. It will be the responsibility of your company to get the item(s) to the winner.
- Entries to the giveaway will include: visiting the website, promoting the giveaway, becoming a fan of your company, and any other entry I deem appropriate. Feel free to make suggestions for entries.
I have the right to refuse any review/giveaway for any reason.
